        1. Self-encapsulated SMD2022

        1.1. Real gold and silver: no matter how the materials change on the market, Luxon still sticks to using 99.99% pure gold wire, and copper leadframe plated with silver. Pure gold wire has such physical features as excellent extensibility and  conductivity for electricity and heat. It’s also very stable and not easy to oxidize. The wire will not be brokent easily by the internal stress during encapsulation and usage. Copper leadframe also has excellent conductivity for electricity and heat, so that no heat will be accumulated and degradation of the LED dies also slow down.The LED life span is greatly extended and make the screen like new even after working for 5—6 years.

        1.2. Self-development: the self-developed SMD2022 LED adopts wide-bended frame structure to moisture and shallow cone to decrease internal stress. These designs help to cope with severe environment. It also features ultra-wide viewing angle, ultra-high brightness, uniform color mixing, excellent waterproofing and strong anti-UV capability.

        2. Hydronalium cabinet.

        2.1. Light weight: cabinet size is available in 500X500mm and 500X1000mm. One cabinet weighs 8kg and can be left up by one hand. The user-friendly locking system saves installation time.

        2.2. Slim cabinet: the die-cast cabinet features high strength, high toughness, high precision and high deformation resistance. The cabinet is 88mm thick and can achieve seamless assembly.

        2.3. Flat screen surface: the flatness tolerrance is less than 0.3mm, which effectively helps to eleminate the mosaic problem.
